Founder & Instructor, One Step Ahead Academy 

As the founder and lead educator of One Step Ahead Academyl, I bring over a decade of experience as a hands-on parent and passionate advocate for children’s growth, especially those with diverse learning needs. My educational journey began in my own home, where I supported my children through personalized instruction tailored to their strengths, challenges, and unique learning styles.

Over the years, I’ve gained deep, practical experience working with children diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, and Tourette’s syndrome, creating a nurturing environment where every child feels seen, heard, and empowered to succeed. I believe learning should be engaging, flexible, and supportive — and that children thrive when we meet them where they are.

In addition to my role as an educator, I operate a mobile healthcare business, where I manage daily operations, scheduling, and patient care. These organizational and leadership skills directly benefit the structure and reliability of One Step Ahead Academy.

At our school, learning goes beyond textbooks — we focus on real-world skills, creativity, emotional growth, and stepping forward with confidence.
